Exact same / clone card on ali for ~$20 + free shipping atm with a new user deal otherwise ~$30. But obviously with amazon you're paying for getting it within a reasonable time and easy claims against faults or failure. These seem to be a decent choice at a fraction of the cost of even a 2nd hand elgato.
I've looked into this realm of cards before for PS3 use and remember looking at this review of what I'd assume is the same clone.

    TLDW:
    - Generally for good 4k pass through, 1080p recording. So anything modern should work fine.
    - Uses a fairly compressed codec, which only needs USB 2.0 speeds. Making image quality not amazing and the USB 3.0 port overkill.
    - Should work on Mac, Linux, Windows.
    - Has issues with scaling (including 1080i) so retro support is hit and miss.

    • Thanks for the TLDW. I always wondered what the catch with these cheap cards were and the image quality and compression makes sense.
