  • lol at this add for 250 free cards with vistaprint right below OP^^
    No deal andrew!

    • Hahaha

have you ordered one from vistaprint, dude? They put their add on the other side of the card for the free ones…..

      • Crap, I forgot to put that in my list below…

      • -1

        yeh vistaprint is a scam.

        • bullcrap.

i just ordered 1000 business cards from vistaprint the other day.

          here's the trick….

design your card, save it, but dont follow through on order.
you'll get an email with a once off discount code within 48 hours, and THEN you place your order.

and dont get express shipping… just pick the standard 21 day one.
it still got to me within a week of ordering, and at far cheaper than anywhere else I could source business cards online.

the above deal from the OP isnt bad, considering you get 50 cards at 310 thickness and full colour both sides for $55… but their coated pricing is a little higher.

plus you need to compare their online design software. I havent used it, but VistaPrint has a pretty intuitive custom design function with plenty of templates to pick from.

plus vote for decent pricing, but potential customers need to compare design options online with different competitors… and also what the extras cost all up delivered to your door.

      Hey Alecator,

It's probably worth comparing apples with apples:

      • Vistaprint offers their free 250 cards generally on preset templates, so you can't use your own design.
      • Vistaprint's quality is quite poor, particularly on these free cards. Order one of their free cards with a darker template and you'll see how their printing techniques show up those colours (not so well).
      • If you do try and order their "premium" sets of cards, then you'll end up paying more than what we're offering, not only through cash, but through the interminable "options" that VP makes you sit through, as well as the hideous amount of email they'll send you.
      • If you do want to order regular business cards, you'll be forced to use the European size (much smaller than our regular 90x55mm cards).

In the end it's up to you to make your choice - if you're happy portraying yourself and your business with Vistaprint cards, go for it. We'll be happy to look after anyone else who is keen on a quality product.

      Have a great week!

  • It amazes me at the garbage quality people will accept with printing these days…..

If you want a quality printed item use a real printer with a shop front and offset printing machines using metal plates. I am unsure what system is used with this and the other offers at the top of page, but digital printing (glorified photocopying) is a poor cousin to REAL printing.

Before placing an order have a look at their previous work to establish the quality the printer you are considering produces.

I am a printer with a real printing business. I find it unbelievable that people expect to pay two bob for printing and then complain about the quality…..? Serves you right for not seeing a real printer in the first place I'm sure there is still one near where you are…. With printing you do get what you are prepared to pay for. Ask to see printed samples, it is your reputation on the line everytime you hand out your company image to a client / customer. Maybe your cheap cards are actually costing you money?

    • Hey Tony,

      Great words!

Our cards are offset gang run btw.

      Cheers,

    Thank you Jared…

Mine are printed in exactly the same way. With mine I offer 250 stickers printed the same as the front to differentiate me from all of the order takers out there…

Only offset printing will produce consistent quality over the colour gamut.
