    I have managed to download this and simply copy and paste it into Calibre to view on my kindle, as this book is in epub format. It seems you are not limited to viewing it in itunes.

    This is one chapter only from the complete book. Murdoch books offered a free download chapter from the Zumbo book last year, as well as a chapter from the Rockpool Bar & Grill book. These are a teaser to get you interested in perhaps wanting to buy the entire book.
