Why would you shop at BigW and at not a reputable retailer like Harvey Norman? I rather pay $0.95 more for peace of mind.

We've used BigW for various photo books and wall canvas and have found the quality to be perfectly acceptable.
They use 'fuji film imagine' so the quality should be as good as any 'reputable retailer like Harvey Norman'.but they are not Harvey Norman
Both of them are agents for Fuji, so the quality (and probably the lab) is exactly the same either way.
