no bluetooth AT LEAST in this day and age is a hard sell.

  • These work great for height channels if you run out of amps in your AVR

    • How have you found the power? Reviews on it says the 160w @ 4ohms is BS and it barely hits 60w @ 8 ohms both driven?

      Hows the delay?

lastly, how do you power it off without a 12v trigger?

I’ve not found an issue with power for my application (rear heights). There is no delay. I use a smart plug and Harmony turns it on/off with the AVR

  • Can this be used with an AV receiver?

    • If your AVR has pre-outs yes. I use it for additional height channels for 5.1.4 Atmos setup

    • what's the brand and model of your AVR?

      • Denon avc-x3700h

      • And any 5 channel amplifier if compatible with the mentioned receiver.

        • Yes, you can connect the fosi audio TDA7498E to your AVR via the pre-out jacks with a rca cable

  • Bought one. Hopefully resurrect some ex cinema speakers I've had for the last few years while I finish building my own amplifier!

  • Could this be used in a car?

    • there is someone use it in a car, but we designed for home use
