Was browsing Umart and stumbled on a discount they're doing for some Mini PC's. This one caught my eye: $40 discount (normally $299 at Scorptec and Mwave) and it seems to be a low-cost way of building your own Pfsense router or home automation server (such as Hass.io or Home Assistant). CPU is quite low end and underpowered for day-to-day use so please don't buy it for your parents or kids - this a device for tinkerers and for people who want a specific device to do one specific thing (like a networking appliance)
This is a complete PC with RAM, storage and Windows 10 — no additional hardware required to get it working. Windows 11 is supported as well (officially, according to Intel ARK), making it one of the cheapest PC's you can buy that supports W11 officially.
