  • Grabbed one. Been needing something like this for some time. Seems like a good price

  • You may need to change the audio out on your TV to PCM to use this depending on the setup and sound format.

    Noob question coming up.
I have an older blue ray player (ht-e6750w samsung), connected to my new linsar tv (bought from ozb) via hdmi.

I have an old 2.4ghz wireless headphones, if the blueray doesn't have audio out, I can see video out, is there a way to connect these headphones. I guess maybe the headphones need to be Bluetooth. Any guidance much appreciated.

    • The TV probably has optical/Toslink out, which will pass through sound from the HDMI in.

      • thanks, i am not sure how it all hangs together, i thought that if firestick is connected to the blueray player, and the blueray player has the connection to the speakers., I thought when i did HDMI out from the blueray to the TV, that IF i connected the "audio" cable from the 2.4gb headset base to audio cable on the tv, that somehow its smart enough that even tho the audio is going to the speakers.. that the audio is also going to the tv, and somehow it knows to route the audtio to the headphone port (as its connected). But alas.. nope. No idea yet, i guess I could connect the firestick directly to the tv, but then i am missing out of the nice spakers connected to the blueray player.. no idea unfortunately.
