      Country of Origin is not specified, I have asked the rep for details. There is an Australian address on the packaging but like many Vitamins/medicines its often just the distributors address.

    From my experience
    Skip the 1000 iu and go for minimum 5000iu if not 10,000iu

    Iherb has some great deals

      Agreed, people need a lot more than just the standard dosing. I go for 5,000 if I remember to take it daily and 10,000 if I forget (iirc it's fat soluble)

      Depends how bad the deficiency is.

      I've heard of once a month for a few months, something like 80-120k iu injections.

    changed to caltrate for the extra spectrum of minerals and find sleeping better now actually. interesting comments on large D daily dosages on here tho . may add plain d to the caltrate and chat GP for a jab of it (more jabs) as supposedly cant od on d . I'm stuck indoors near 24/7 ..
