Reverse engineering on how the 10% code worked, I traded up a $170 iPad. Formula was:

$799rrp - $170 iPad = $629 x 10% code = $566.10 - $200 bonus = $366.10 + $170 iPad (if not returning) = $536.10

So this means the lower the value your trade in item is, the better the 10% off will be!!

      They're tracking is wonky apparently. Plenty of people report phones just turning up one day when then shipping status hasn't been updated.

      Seems like their support services are super messy for some reason.

    When you say ipad do you mean galaxy tab? have an old ipad that i could send in. Also have a galaxy tab s2. If i trade either in does this mean I can get it for $336.10?

    Also wondering how the government or srudent discounts might work with this deal.

      I got my loyalty discount by saying I have an old Samsung product.

      Trade up needs a device that's acceptable.

      I've tried the Samsung partner's portal and the 10% loyalty didn't work, plus they have smaller trade up bonuses

    Never received my order placed on 9 March supposed to be delivered on 17 March.
    Customer support is almost non existing, even if you get through to the support all you get is delay from different department.
    They will tell you that they will follow up your case, but that is not happening.

        Still waiting, customer support told me I have to wait up to 30 days for the refund, and I probably have to chase them up again if the refund never go through. I will cancel the order once I get another device from somewhere else.
