TASTING NOTES:

This alluring and unashamedly bold Shiraz has hints of spiced plums, blackberry jam and cherry all at the fore and finishes with coffee cream, licorice and vanilla. Full bodied with vibrant berry fruit characteristics, yet elegant with restrained tannins, resulting in a soft mouthfeel. Consistently impressive and seriously good, this wine is not short of character.

TECHNICAL NOTES:

The grapes were grown on vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak, using 46% new, 47% one year old, and 7% two year old barrels. The required Marquis Fruit Weight™ for the Lefty Series is 65% – 75%. The Actual Fruit Weight for 2019 The Boxer is 68%.

Alcohol: 15.5%

Residual Sugar: 0.8 (g/L)

pH: 3.61

    When, the last case is in someone's shopping cart the product becomes sold out. They might not have finished the transaction so, the product became available again.
