Yes the Airfow model performs better but if you don't want to fork out an extra $20 this is a pretty good price. As goig986 mentioned if you don't care about looks you can remove the front panel

      What is the length of the GPU in question? If the front fans are standard 120mm then I think you can fit a 35-36cm GPU.

      I have a 3080 (3 fan) sitting very comfortably with 2x 140mm fans front mounted? I don't recall seeing people having issue with the size of the case internally re: gpu / front fans.
