        I know that they have bad customer service, I purchased a dress from W.Lane which is another one of their brands. It arrived with a hole in it, I emailed them and never received a reply.

    Please don’t waste your money and buy anything from rivers. Waited excessively long for an order placed months ago and eventually had emails gradually sent to me with product out of stock notices.
    In the end nothing delivered and out of pocket for a bit. Avoid!
