Routers usually have no impact on lag unless you're using wifi.
Better lag? Lag is inherently a bad thing so getting better lag would be worse.

Are most of your clients 6e ready?
You lose out on dual band 5Ghz with the AXE11000 (2.4g/5/6) which some folk might prefer to have if using wireless backhaul for mesh networking, so depends on your use case.
There's a quad band version with 2.4/5/5/6 with the AXE16000.
As someone mentioned earlier you do miss out on dual band 5ghz for wireless backhaul and there are many issues plaguing AiMesh for 6E. If you don’t mind either of those then, ig it’s fine

Yeah, it's not great pricing at $669. Combined with the Ultimate Home GC deal it's around $620, with credit to use at Woolies.
Been tracking prices/stock for a month now and it's pretty grim at the moment. BingLee doesn't even have any Asus routers online. Others stores mostly low/no-stock and $750-$900.
I ended up going for the more budget friendly AX6100 (2 x RT-AX92U) - there's 1 left on amazon for $479. Might be able to get it slightly cheaper on Amazon UK if you can be bothered.

Probably best to avoid UK imports as they tend to have lower transmit power vs Aus market models.
