Well I mean the first 1 is wireless 1 ebay store.
🤣
That code is not ebay plus, it shows up for me without it.
Much better deal than this one.Great to hear its available for anyone.
Hmm at that price it should be a 6e router why are they still charging these prices for a wifi 6 router
Because it’s Australia. They can charge a premium for global scraps and we just have to eat it
100% this! Even the laptop batteries are never 90+ WH like US gets. Index is not available on steam and I can go on. Only thing cheaper are coffee machines. But some of the grinders are still expensive.
goddamn is that a router or a forklift
If you invert it, it can be used as a dining table.
I don't think it has enough antennas.
How does this compare
https://www.wireless1.com.au/huawei-wifi-ax3-quad-core-wi-fi…Got one of these Wifi 6 routers last year and I'm very impressed with the speeds.
Carcinisation
This pricing is bonkers, why would you buy a home router like this instead of an enterprise setup like the Unifi Dream Machine Pro and a dedicated AP for similar cost ?
All in one home routers like this definitely have their place … but that place isn't $650.
Well for one it's simple. Setting up UniFi gear can be a pain especially if you don't have a technical background. Plus with APs you need to run cables if they don't already exist. For some of us that learning curve is a fun challenge but for most people it's just an unwanted hassle.
I had 2 AP Pros at my old house and it worked great but we recently moved to a standard 300m2 house on a 600m2 block without pre-run cables and I ended up buying one of these Asus routers (although for $550 from JB) and it works great, 300-700mpbs anywhere inside and the 2.4g band covers the whole block and some at 50mpbs+
I'm a big fan of Ubiquiti gear but good consumer gear also has its place.
How is this a deal? Jan this year i paid $518 via one of the ebay sales. Router is pretty good, good range and great speeds.
it was $550 from Bing-lee a few weeks ago
Also, price is still $899 90% of the places
$73/antenna
I'm currently using Telstra smart gen 2 , want to upgrade for gaming, Netflix, but still thinking about this one and others wifi 6 mesh like netgear,tp link ..etc too many brands in market now , which one is better for a double storey home? around 35sq with 20 devices - Thanks
You're best going for a UniFi setup like rickdwp mentioned. in a reply to nom.
Is that the model made by TechniColor? If so, its amazing, just flash a non-telstra rom onto it and unlock all the options.
