Very new to the Switch gaming world and have just bought the Mario Kart 8 deluxe that I play with my 8yo. Can anyone tell me if buying the online membership is worth it or not?

  I’d say yes as you get access to the emu library, in addition to cloud saves.
  Even better if you can find people to share a family plan with ($7 a head).

  yeah.. looks like it needs online membership.. there is a free 7-days trial via switch console
