      Nop but I'm waiting for one, but this is cheap. Not sure how it's compared to other brands.

        Ryobi don't really have deals that often unless it's end of line or something.
        You'd have a better chance of getting an Ozito when Aldi have their stuff out but I don't think it's as good as Ryobi either.

  Does anyone know if these are compatible with the older shape of Green 18v Li battery?

  The external shape looks a bit different, but the interface mechanism looks right.

  Anyone can confirm?

  I have the line trimmer and I find it very good. Battery wise even with a 2.5ah it goes a long way. I find particularly useful the ability to turn it 90 degrees and use it to edge along paths. I don't have the edger, but I have a also one and again it last a long time with 2.5ah batteries so I would not expect anything less

  I have this exact combo purchased awhile ago from Amazon, they are very reasonable priced, normally the battery & charger alone is selling for $100. Both tools are excellent, the 2.5ah last for long time of use, but if you need to use both tools are same time you need to purchase the second battery. It fit into my Bosch green 18v battery ecosystem.
