  We have identified Australia Post have lost what appears to be a whole van load of parcels, over 120 items.
  I've never come across this before any i'm working with them to identify the next steps.
  Worst case senerio is that everyone gets a refund.

    They say that they only ever received your week-late manifest of intention to send and never received any physical item. You guys at least lied about the sent/manifest date (that's easy to prove), maybe they are also lying about never having the actual items to scan. Either way, there's a lot of BS going on.

  Tried to follow up on ebay, no response.

  Refund was processed by ebay automatically.

  Very disapointed.

  AusPost is still waiting for the seller to respond to them. I can't get a reply from the seller through eBay, AusPost, nor OzBargain. They've delayed the process so I can't even auto eBay refund yet. Can't believe I have to credit card reverse for this. Never use this seller ever.

  Unfortunately, I've applied for a refund through ebay .
  I've also ripped into AusPost for their pathetic attempt of escalation, of which I can see none.
