      Two things to note, I think there was a lot of better things to use the last code on, also price rounding psychology is a thing, roughly 60 bucks for 6 bottles "ten bucks a bottle? why not". Just a thought, lol.

      All orders were sent 2 weeks ago now. Make sure you are tracking it with Australia Post direclty. The eBay tracking is not always correct.
      In the case where wine has been damaged in transit then we send out replacments.

    Aus Post is killing us right now with delays.
    All I can say is that every parcel from this deal was shipped 2 weeks ago, many well before then.
    We have more stock, so if they are damaged/lost in transit they will be replaced or obviously, a refund will be available.

            @jenna12: I'm not sure if you have dealt with Aus Post on a large scale before however when you send a large number of parcels they are not scanned into the truck or van. They are only scanned once they are sorted and processed at the depot.

            In this case, we had 6 pallets of orders and they were not all picked up even though they were ready due to the workload of the Alexandria Hub. Yes a handful of orders were printed and packed but not collected by Aus Post for days (or even a week with the public holidays) and then possibly sat in their warehouse for another day or longer before having its first scan.

            On a normal day, we have 2 van pickups a day, when it's busy we have 3 vans, unfortunately, sale events/periods put higher demand on the network.

    No, nothing here.
    No movement on AusPost tracking except status changed to 'delayed', probably as I opened a case.
    Follow up date was today….so I'll give it another few hours, in case something happens this morning, then chase up some more.

    Another week, still no indication that it was sent on time, nor express, nor even in transit. Waste of time and coupon. Don't let the refund window lapse. AusPost claim/case is pointing all fingers at the seller, I don't know who to trust. OP needs to provide some evidence from their end.

      Well did you follow it up with eBay (click on I Still haven't received my item) and or Aus post? I imagine you could get a refund by now, and if they ever turn up just get to keep as well?
