Although I have recently purchased a lot through The Good Guys, but nothing in my email yet. Hopefully soon.
Do you receive their marketing emails?
Received one with $30 off Minimum $100 Spend :-(
Didnt purchase anything for few years. I got it in email. Pretty useless to me still
Give your code to someone else here.
Instore only though, given that its a promo code wouldnt that be better use for online purchases? lol.
I got the $30 direct to SMS nothing in email.
got $30 :(
I got the $50
I got 50 off 100 in all my emails..
How long does it take to get the sms?
Do not ask for codes in the comments, use the Code Request Megathread to ask. If you have a spare code, please consider giving it to a user who has requested it there.
Has anyone been able to use their code yet? I have attempted to use mine on multiple products (even checking on ones that are definitely eligible) and it keeps saying it is invalid.
I think it is in-store only. I wanted to buy external hard drive but prices are inflated at TGG. Wondering if they would price match and we can still use the code else it is pointless.
I am also thinking about buying an external hard drive with my 50 dollar credit.
If you find anything worth while buying, please let me know😊
Their prices are inflated. When I asked them to price match they refused right away although it’s their policy. I don’t think I stand any chance to price match plus store credit. Will keep you posted if I nail anything.
So I went to my local store and bought Seagate Expansion 5TB. It was advertised as $195 but everywhere else it was $155 including JB Hifi, Officeworks and Harvey Norman so she was kind enough to price match and still accept the $50 voucher. Bought 5tb for $105.
@ashftc: Good on you!
I will try my luck on the weekend.
😊
Still waiting on a text
I got a $20 BONUS concierge credit yesterday and another one today…doesn't mention anything about min spend or anything either? Not sure what these are for? I purchased something last month but didn't know if there was any bonus credit for purchase, I also bought something else end of last month that is supposed to get a $30 bonus credit on 21/4….this is all confusing. I hope these aren't my normal ones I get on a Thu when they have the 10% sales? who knows? I have 3 gold service extras in my name and you never know what or when you will receive them.
Recieved $30 txt and i also have $50 voucher from the Nintendo price error deal. Just wondering if they both can be used together, instore to buy a ps5 controller as the $30 store credit is instore only.
Just picked up a black ps5 controller for $25, paying $30 from text voucher and $50 from Nintendo price error voucher.
Is it just me or is it weird a code being in store only? Generally you enter a code at a checkout page, not read it out loud to the cashier/sales person. Probably a do not look a gift horse in the mouth type thing :D
Does anyone know how I can access my account because I have changed my contact number and now I can't receive the code, I have forgotten my password and username just received the $50 email.
Oh schucks, I can't use it on an Apple Pencil. All Apple products are excluded.
It looks like there are two separate offers:
If you got an SMS (like me), you get $30 off (min $100 spend), and need to present the original SMS with the code to staff in-store. Whether staff will actually require to see the original SMS is really up to them. The terms of that offer are here.
If you got the email (not me), you get $50 off (min $100 spend), and need to activate the offer first, then receive a code via SMS. There is a requirement that the mobile number you use to receive the SMS must the same as your customer SMS you provide in-store at TGG (but I’m not sure whether staff will actually stick to that). The terms of that offer are here
Both offers are in-store only, and both share the same shopping list of exclusions (which is typical of TGG).
This needs to be pinned to the top
