As per earlier $160 deal from Amazon UK - EXCEPT - this is from Amazon AU for only $7 extra and cheapest yet?? Has dropped twice in price since I looked on Sunday.

      Do you use it much for music? Been looking for a decently priced Smartwatch that'll connect to my earpods and thinking this might be the one. From what I can tell it doesn't have Spotify offline playback but has MP3 playback?

      Also what's the membership program?

        I don't use it much for music, but it has option to control playback of what's on your phone. I haven't tried spotify but google podcast works well.

        Yea I got a cheap galaxy watch for this as they are actual smartwatches hey. Spotify downloaded songs or a playlist and play through Bluetooth buds while I run.

          Which one did you go for? My old man got a Galaxy Watch 4 with his new Galaxy, I was gonna buy that off him cheaply but I have an iPhone and they apparently stopped it from being paired :(

          Realistically I just want music, preferably offline Spotify / GPS tracking while I work out. MP3 playback is fine just takes a little more mucking around I suppose!

      Is this real? Data harvesting to the extreme if it is the case, doing this they will also be able to match your metadata as a Govt worker.

      Bit of irony in a way considering the 5G equipment security concerns the gov had yet still there's a 'partnership' program?

      About the watch though, I have minimal interest in the 'health/fitness' features, I'm mostly getting one for ability to do custom watch faces and 'dress up' with a different fancy face when the desire arises. :)

    There's lots to like about this watch. Great screen and battery life. Some very good watch faces. The watch and strap are really comfortable. It makes progress announcements when doing an activity like cycling.

    Two deal breakers for me. You can make calls over this, and the sound quality is very good, however it stops you making calls over android auto. There's no way to prioritise the car android auto Bluetooth over the watch.

    Raise arm to wake is really hit and miss. I tried two watches from Amazon. Sometimes a simple raise of the arm works. Sometimes crazy wrist flicking works only after 5 or 10 attempts. I tried a lot of different wrist action! Having a quick glance at notifications is a feature I really like to have on a smart watch. It's too unreliable on this one.

      Yes you can through the music app. However there is no Spotify app installed so you can't pick a specific song.

    This is a pretty good deal, wouldn't pay original price of $429 as it's features are limited and might as well get a galaxy watch 4 at that price range

    The lack of strava is my downside. Otherwise love this watch. 2 week bat life, great selection of free watch faces, comfortable strap and pretty accurate for the metrics.
