      I bought a baby Q and got 12%. Thought it would be 21% as it is under the Home > Outdoor > BBQ and accessories category on the Myer website. You would think it would fall under the Home and Furniture category on Shop Back if it falls under Home on Myer categories :)

          If you're referring to the Commbank rewards point, then I would suggest not to use any points/giftcards as this will high chance invalidate any cashback tracked

        Thanks. It came through an hour later, but it seems it only tracked using 12%. I would have thought a nespresso pod machine would be classed as kitchen appliance and qualified for the 21%?

        It was $160 inc gst, so by my calculations it should be 160 ÷ 1.1 × 0.21 = 30.54 cashback. Instead of see $17.97 in Shopback.

        Seems that the terms and conditions now include lifestyle in the 12% category. Are kitchen appliances in the lifestyle category?

Would this be the 12% Entertainment, Electronics and Toys category or is likely to be the higher 21% category (wishful thinking) or is this one of the Brands that would attract a 0% cashback (in others words, don't bother)?

    FYI - if you’re buying stuff under the reduced to clear category, the cashback tracked will be the price before the reduced to clear % less GST amount.

    So if an item costs $120, cashback would be $22.91 (($120/1.1)*21%)

      I bought clothing, but split them all into separate transactions. Takes a bit of extra time, but better also if one item in a large bundle is cancelled by Myer. Everything has tracked for me within an hour.

          Three confirmed transactions by Myer, but only one tracked? Did you do them as separate transactions or bundle everything into one cart?

          FWIW, I did four (separate) transactions. Only three were listed in the Shopback tracking email, but all four are showing in my Shopback account.

    Ordered ~$700 of bedding and homewares, tracked 21% after about 2 hours.
    The Myer site wouldn't allow checking out if I used the Shopback app to get there, so I just used the site on PC and went fine.

    Mine still hasn't tracked after 1.5 hours, I paid with paypal which of course cause me to leave myer's website and when it came back and said paid shopback still said active.

    I'm worried it didn't take now, should of been $50 of cashback.

    I placed an order worth ~$269 (~$245 excl. GST) and had a variety of beauty, shoes, home, and electronic items.

    Because of the electronic / home items, does this mean the entire order becomes 12% cash back, only or is the cash back still 21% on the other items?

    I.e:
    - Givenchy Le Rouge Trio Pouch Set Lipstick $183 - GST = 166.36 * 21% = $34.86
    - Nude by Nature Natural Beauty 10 Pc Brush Set $27.95 - GST = 25.4 * 21% = $5.33
    - Regatta Holiday Blue Canvas Sneaker $19 - GST = 17.27 * 21% = $3.6
    - Sneaker Doctor Whitener for Leather 90mL $9.95 - GST = 9 * 21% = $1.89
    - Phillips Black Fabric Shaver GC026/80 $14.96 - GST = 13.6 * 12% = $1.63
    - Rogue Zaria Pot 18x18x22cm Apricot Terracotta $15 - GST = 13.63 * 12% = $1.63
    - Cash back total = 34.86 + 5.33 + 3.6 + 1.89 + 1.63 + 1.63 = $48.94

    But the total cash back tracked was $30.31 which is more closer to 12% cash back overall
    (Sorry for the essay)

    Ordered from Myer two days ago using chrome with Shopback plugin and the order hasn't tracked again. Shopback needs to sort out their tracking with Myer because it doens't work!

        Just use the phone/app to be more certain IMO.
        But yes, it does come to that sometimes.. should get stuff on special anyway in case it doesn't track/get approved or you're forever chasing the crap up
