So ive persisted in not getting a smart phone for years, but am buckling under the pressure and thinking about this one, but i got a question. Since its outright, whats the best prepaid deal to run it and get some webbrowsing data etc. as anything web related has been expensive with me on optus.

Ah, looks like Mobiciti has just changed their price to beat this deal by $1. Look at the first comment in the Mobiciti post and you'll see the price was $299.

my247deals has now reduced the Price to $275 Including Free Shipping anywhere in Australia.
Mobiciti deal is better. 2 year warranty instead of 1 with this one.
I don't seem to be able to completely bypass the sign-up page, but you can just enter almost any old tat into the e-mail field and it will let you through; there's no verification.
Mandatory sign-up is a no-go for me. I feel that if a company is consistently offering good deals, they won't need to strong-arm me into signing up like this.
