  Cheers for this. I've been watching but have resisted purchasing. It seems there are quite a few complaints of slow dispatch from Sparesbox.

    It depends on a combination of whether you are purchasing during peak heavy discount sales periods, how common the items or if they need to be ordered in and distance from their dispatch warehouse.

    For example, I have purchased suspension, mounts and niche oil for my car during covid lockdown and the items were dispatched and received in around three to four weeks and sometimes split so some items arrived sooner (something I prefer, having dealt with other online operators that dispatch all items together and not advising of delays because of that).

    Common items such as brand name oil filters and car cleaning kits were exactly one week.

    For example, of the last two orders during the a big sales period the time it took from their South Australia to a suburban NSW address:

    • niche car care item ordered Tuesday 29th March arrived Tuesday 5th April
    • two common car care items ordered Friday 25th March farrived Friday 1st April
