from previous experience with the nandos offer they had months ago, yes you can re-use it. Just print out more copies. The barcode is always the same. The voucher number at the bottom does change when you re-email it to yourself, but nobody seems to take notice of it

The petrol used to come pre-mixed with the water, now they are cutting costs by giving you the water separately to add.

Eg: One voucher per person per day, One voucher per person during the promotional period…

FYI my local Woolies Caltex knew nothing of the offer. Scanning the barcode didn't seem to do anything however the lady was nice and said she'd give it to me anyway and she'd look into it.
Gonna try that with my car fillup now…wish me luck :P

Thanks! Yes, no petrol purchase necessary. But strange Carindale Woolies Petrol's system did not allow code via scan or keyboard??? It is participating according to promo. Never had any problems there in other promos. Will try again as may have been glitch in their system on day. Otherwise, I'll go around the corner to Carina.

They scanned voucher first & said deal was not available. I asked them to try again & scan bottle first, but a line was forming and they said no.

Doesn't work at the big caltex on epping rd north ryde nsw..the guy at the counter said its only valid for the caltex that are attached to a Woolworths…not the stand alone caltex stations.. Will try the Marsfield one if I have time later and post update

Worked in Penrith even though the guy behind the counter hadn't heard of it. He just said let's do it and see what happens. He asked where I saw the deal and I think I may have just signed up another Ozbargainer :) If you go to the site you can see which servo's do the deal. The one I went to was a stand alone servo.
Rozelle woolworths Caltex would not redeem as they only had pump water not flavoured and manager went away and checked and said it was only for those 4 flavours mentioned-i will try other Caltex woolworths and hope they carry flavoured type!
i work at a woolworths petrol station if they dont get a notice via com link then most likely it wont work, id get them to try and scan it anyway

Staff gave me rubbish about not being a participating store.
Why do corporate machines continually pay marketing dimwits too much $$$ to deliberately damage their own brand and stuff customers around.
This is clearly misleading and deceptive advertising.
It's not the customers job to work out which stores this is valid at.
Just keep it simple.
Either make it valid at ALL Woolworths petrol outlets - and stock them to meet the offer - or don't run the promotion at all.
So what happens when it's late at night and a shop assistant follows management directions and refuses to honour Woolworths branded offer….

Barcode would not scan.
After some negotiations the guy honoured it.
But there were only two bottles left in fridge!
For a nationally advertised free offer this is ridiculous.

There are very strict laws in Australia governing the use of the word FREE in advertising.
Clearly this promotion has not been legally or properly planned or thought through.
the promo is actually for CCA clubhouse members not every australian in the country… its just that we took advantage : )
BTW, gladesville caltex/wollies accepted mine. Berry one tastes really crap. Might get a lemon/lime thingy next time.

I was being told by my local Woolworths/Caltex Blacktown they haven't got any info from head office. Can't reedem it now . What a waste of time even after it says its free the Store Person advised its only for selective participating store . Did any one manage to get a free water?

I managed to get 1 from Woolworth servo corner Heatherton Rd & Chandler Rd Noble Park VIC 3174
Worked at Woolworths Servo, Karingal Hub, Frankston, VIC. No questions asked just walked up to the counter with a pump and the voucher. Plenty of Lemon and Berry in stock when I went.
Been in to a servo and the staff refuse to even scan it just to see if works and yelling at me.
Very dissapoint.
This deal is complete waste of time. I have tried 3 Woolworths Caltex in Sydney and none willing to honoured the deal. With all the petrol I have wasted I might as well buy a bottle myself from Wollies. Someone should made a formal complaint to CCA!!
Worked at Bendigo Kangaroo Flat (with pruchase of petrol), didn't work at Mentone (no other purchase).
Worked for me at Thornleigh (NSW), got myself a lime one and the boy got a lemon one, no issues, the staff just scanned, smiled and thanked me for my "purchase"
Got 3 flavors in total , 2 from the same outlet and 1 from a different outlet; all from 3 color printer copies.
Just grab the water bottle from the shelf, take it to the counter and give them the voucher, they scan the bottle, it show something like $4.39 and then they scan the voucher, and it becomes $0.01, will give you for free. Easy as that, no other purchase required.

Yes, but they have been good to me & I want more free stuff at that outlet! (Its opposite Hungry Jacks - in getting my $2 deal, & needed something to wash it down - free.) Was a few hours after deal was posted, so there was no feedback on deal availability at that stage.
