          ohhh! hopefully an official rep can confirm to prevent any disappointment. But my guess is it starts now and ends when it's no longer showing as "100% cashback" on shopback.

        Only if you get the cashback. Last time this deal was on, my purchase wasn't tracked (I used the chrome extension and it was definitely on). So I had to dispute it, now it is pending until 20 June. I don't trust shopback anymore.

      Credit/Debit Card payments have proven to be problematic for tracking with Pizza Hut.

          A previous post from TA highlighted this.

          Not sure if PH is fixing this.
          All we can do from our end is highlight the issue to our customers & recommend the best solution.

  • Ordered pizza for Saturday… thanks OP! My order got instantly tracked but my wife’s didn’t. Looking at the faqs it says tracking can take up 2 days? Strange it tracked mine instantly.

      It won't track. Either instant or they will fob you off saying you used a adblocker.

        The goto order for me every time. I only forgot to leave a note that I want the pepperoni extra crisp ontop. At a new PizzaHut place and they don't get the edges of the pepperoni crispy/almost burnt like my old favourite joint.

    Haven't had pizza hut in ages don't usually bother with it but looks like they've improved their vegetarian range slightly, dominos is usually better (not for $8 for value range now, so this may be alright if it tracks).

    So minimum spend $14.95 per pizza prior coupons (ie. HUT6366 30% of any pizza)?
    and use website + PayPal?

      Yes.. it will be 10.46 after coupons with $10 Cashback. Go for Hot & Spicy veggie.

      • Happens, as long as you put in a claim. Bit of a hassle but not that hard. Seems like a long time away, annoying.
        As long as you don't spend too much and still use voucher it's not that bad, but like a lot of cash back deals you wouldn't have got it otherwise.

        Seems best just using phone website, no VPN or private DNS

    The last 2-3, times all fully tracked. No issues. My issue is that when I place an order for 6.15pm pickup and arrived at 6pm just to be ahead… And guess what the pizza is already made and in their "heated" storage.
    I mean yes free food but their execution is pretty lame. Ingredients and pizza dough, dominoes is better.

      I came at 11:45 am on the dot (which is when my pizza was for) and it wasn’t ready until 11:47 am. I was happy with that, would rather have fresh like you too. Must be luck.

    • I think it’s absolutely critical to note that Domino’s is the pizza chain, and dominoes is the game. If you get them mixed up, you might break a tooth!

    Good deal but good luck with tracking. I had given up with SB like a year ago coz of not tracking, gave it another go a few weeks back and of course, DIDN"T TRACK. I submitted the claim (doordash first order, meant to be $20 back, they approved it for $1 lol).
    In the past week I did 3 purchases with Cashrewards and they all 3 tracked minutes later (including PizzaHut).
    So unfortunately, it has to be a pass for me. Good luck for the rest with tracking!

      Ofcourse, no system is perfect, and Cashback business model is already so complicated, they have to constantly rely on the network (for tracking) and merchants (for approval).

      Also agree, Cashrewards tracks faster (100% of my orders tracked within day). On the other hand, you may find more deals on Shopback (more than 180+ orders Cashback confirmed). Both have their advantages. Plus, you can always submit the missing claim, both have good customer support.

      Mine is the opposite, my SB always tracks properly. My CR on the other hand hasn't tracked from the last 2 Pizzahut offers. I had to put in a claim with screenshots and got the first one honoured, will have to do again for the most recent one we had which I even recorded it with OBS as I anticipated it wouldn't track. Did the usual, Adblock fully disabled, used a Windows based browser and not the Pizza hut app and checked out with Paypal.

      • Ever since I purchased via App (used to stubbornly use via website on my PC) I’ve had naught problems. Might be luck as have probably only used 10 times since but so far so good.

    • Cap is per account!! So if your first order is tracked, that’s it.

My 3 orders tracking would lead me to believe I'm correct personally since I've never had shopback track past the cap EVER, not even to reject it later.

By 09 May if those Pending cashback turns into Confirmed then you're all good, but if only one cashback becomes Confirmed and rest is rejected then it confirms the OP's wording that this promo is per member. Fingers crossed for you.
