Umart also has this for $119 online only. Not sure how much they charge for shipping. They also only have 12 months warranty as opposed to COTD's 3 year warranty.

      Only 1-2 weeks ago retravision had the toshiba 1tb portable drive for $99. was an awsome deal, went off to ow and got it price beat.

        Agree. Picked up two of the 2.5" Toshiba 1tb usb3 externals pricematched at Officeworks 2 weeks back for $94.05.Plus some of there cheap $7.50 neoprene 2.5" hard driver covers.

        Now that was a bargain for under $100. Compared $125.90 and having to wait for delivery from COTD.

          Lol, the engineers went to a lot of trouble to dissipate heat from their hard drives, and you go and wrap yours with insulation :o

          Obviously cover is only for protecting the drive during storage and transportation. When in use I remove protective cover. I would never run it inside the protective cover.

      Plus for seagate, 1.5 TB, price ($25 more for 500 GB) and dick smith delivery ( 2-3 days).
      Also just for reference got my Buffalo 1TB USB 3.0 portable for $99 delivered from JB hifi few months back.

    thats normal price for 1tb 2.5inch drives with usb 3.0. not a bargain.
