Last 2 years of 'rona has got me back into golf, been looking for something to help dial in my distances at the range, and saw this deal. Everywhere else in Aus seems to be at $749 for it, Amazon has it $563 with Prime International, so this won out.
Reviews are pretty solid, and if you use the app to a connected mobile device it does show ball spin as well.
It tracks the first few feet using a doppler radar, and based on the loft of the club it then estimates carry / peak height / spin.
I got the SC300I last week. Pretty cool. $599 for the SC300I is historical low AFAIK. Been following prices for 12+months
Seriously? Trackman is a different league and price point. This or garmin r10 for $800

very very tempting, but I can't help but think (or hope at least) that we'll be seeing sim-capable launch monitors approaching this sort of price point in a year or two… maybe.
What a crazy cool device. Does this thing seriously have some sort of way to track the ball via radar?
