Costco Fuel Kilburn, Churchill Rd (SA) has dropped fuel prices in line with the recent fuel excise cut. It also has 6 extra fuel bowsers from its recent reno.

Comparing it to the prices of the rest of the stations in my area, a full tank would probably be closer to about $16 savings

Over a full tank, its around $10 in savings for us, compared to the Puma station I usually go to down the road.

Went their last night and it was $1.75. Bad timing for me. The extra pumps has helped ease the congestion.

I never blamed the Centre - someone working at or for Axiom drew up the plans & someone signed off on them - both should be shot & the place levelled.

You're right, 98 is the same, but 91 far cheaper in SA (8 cents or so)
How would we know if the fuel excise is actually dropping the price or if it's normal fluctuations and they are actually jacking up the price to profit more?
Is there any kind of regulation or monitoring of fuel prices?
They will compare terminal gate price against the retail price.
Note the terminal gate prices does not include transport which has to be factoried in. So its not a simple compare.
Saying that businesses are able to set whatever price they want provide it doesn't break any of the rules in the below link.

Was just checking online, looks like its 166.7c here in QLD (both Costco Ipswich and North Lakes). 98 and Diesel are the same price though.
Yep they droped the price in Queensland before the announcement of the budget NSW is slow it seems because Queensland like always is ahead.

It is slightly cheaper at a few of the Woolworths stations if you use the 4cpl discount for spending $5 in the station, the 4cpl discount for spending $30 in a Woolworths supermarket and pay using a Woolworths Essentials Egift Card purchased at 4% off.
Expiring this as prices have dropped to $1.537.

Costo in Moorabbin petrol Q's where insane a few weeks ago, the whole forecourt was full, and the line snaked out on to the road down the street for around 300m, never seen anything like it, would have been a 30min. wait to "save" $4? max.
