Yeah this is a $2 buy for me.. Should have done the same with anthem and andromeda but a friend convinced me to get it around the $10-20 mark for some cooperative play.. Never again

This game is absolutely terrible and not a proper Battlefield game. Even if it were free it wouldn't motivate me to play it again.
Even portal mode just makes you wish you were playing an older better game.

BF1/V if you want historical setting and BF4 if you want modern, all the games are much better than this one.

The game is an appalling addition to the series, I bought and sold mine within a month and went back to BFV.
2 major issues, 1 the game is garbage, 2 you have to share lobbies with PC as the game is x platform, people know PC gamers can cheat so you don't even get a chance when playing against anyone on the PC platform.
They do cheat, just you will never know when and how. I was in a jet and circling a mountain, there was a heli above me who managed to down me just with his guns, so he had to follow me in an arc, no missiles were used. This is nigh impossible to do at distance given the accuracy, but he did it and continued to do it all game.

As someone who usually sinks hundreds of hours into every BF game, I played this for 4 hours and was done. Utterly atrocious beyond words, and completely unsalvageable. Thankfully I was able to get a full refund for this trash

Hasn't EA already stated that they've given up on this game? Or something like that.
Why would anyone pay for a game that will see no substantial improvements to even make it half way decent.
EA claim to be fully committed to fixing/improving the game but that is yet to be seen. The last update was March 8th. Season 1 starts in June after being delayed from March.
Many people don't like the game so only purchase if you have a way to get a refund if you don't like it, HN is probably not a good option for that but I'm not sure of their game refund policy.
Of course, they said the same about Anthem….
If it were Ubi, I might believe them as they have a good track record for sticking with games and (trying to) fix them. EA are known for cutting their losses and running.
