You chop, freeze and make a sh*t-tonne of banana smoothies and banana ice-cream throughout the next year.

I bought a similar box at a completely different place but, a word of warning:
check the stems for white mould (crown rot). If present the bananas will go off/turn to mush very quickly (i.e hours). I had to chuck of a good 3-4kg of out the 15kgRemember during Cyclone Larry when banana prices rose to $14 a kilo, and there was a surcharge on banana smoothies at cafes.
We can only hope petrol prices follow the same pattern, and in a few years we'll be paying 6 cents a litre for petrol.
