Delivered by menulog (Menulog drivers) or Delivered by restaurant (their own drivers).

Probably because doordash has been cleaning up with offers e.g. Afterpay 50% off Orders
Just my experience from last time I ordered from a "delivered by restaurant".
My order took over 1.5h (quoted estimate was 35 minutes). Food arrived cold and sweaty obviously.
Menulog were powerless to do anything but raise the issue with the restaurant. The restaurant denied any remedy or refused to comment.
If you order from a venue using Menulog delivery you will be covered by Menulog for any faults.
Just thought I'd share for information purposes.
You can use the voucher for pick-up too. Usually find it's worth the drive myself vs waiting over an hr for cold food
Yup. I normally do that. But with 2 kids in your hair, sometimes there is no other option.
I placed an Guzman Y order last Friday and took forever. After waiting 1.5 hours, I cancelled thru Menulog chat and ate my dinner downstairs at 8pm. I was so hungry to eat a cow that moment. Lol
