    How much is it normally?

      Look it up?

          Correct.

          Wrong….

          Read the deal posting rules.

          7. Summarise briefly why it is a bargain - why did you buy it or consider it worth sharing? How does the price compare to elsewhere?

        • Don't even need to do that, it's one click away on Related Products link

        Look it up?

I looked at the link and it looks like the normal price.

The person posting the deal is required to state why this is a bargain. Read the posting rules.

          Read the posting rules.

          posting guidelines

          • -3

@NigelTufnel: yes, read those too, but everyone needs to follow the rules..

@jv: Are you making this about yourself and your obsession with the guidelines while others are asking about the deal?

Are you making this about yourself

                I didn't write the deal posting rules…

Just commenting about this post and lack of details.

                • @jv: Good for you 👍. You keep doing that.

                    Sometimes I will, sometimes I wont…

INTL model can have warranty issues.

    • +1

Fair call always a risk buying from a reseller like this without local warranty. Luckily enough haven't had any issues at all with my Roborock S5 Max that I bought from TecoBuy a couple of years back.

Ultimately, it's a choice up to the buyer. Some are comfortable with that risk, some aren't. Not hating either way.

  • Has anyone ordered from this seller before

    • Seeing torches and other electrical deals posted for Hekka so assuming it's decent enough

    • +2

YMMV but I've ordered two Xiaomi Mi Band 6 watches from Hekka (separate orders) with no issues.

  • "Only EU"?

    • EU model, still ships international

    • +2

      "Only EU"?

Yep, with EU plug and EU warranty….

      • EU plug, use an adapter.

Or buy a figure 8 cable for a few bucks from Jaycar like I did, to use the AU wall plug.

        • EU plug, use an adapter.

Not clear in the deal post that you need to get an adaptor for this to work here.

Yeah nah, not worth taking the risk on an unknown website.

    • Yeah I had a look and they've only existed since October last year.

I feel the level of protection would be around the same as AliExpress, and I'd be hesitant to get anything there of higher value than around 100 because of risk of being unable to return goods.

Got a torch delivered from them, perfect packing and decent quick postage. Great price. No issues from my one experience.

      • Did the torch cost over $480?

        • Does the roborock cost $25?

I want to trust that website so much, but the return policy gets me (return shipping fees at own expense)

    https://hekka.com/pages/return-policy

    • will probably cost $30+ to send back to EU

      • +1

Doesn't PayPal have free return shipping? Or is that only for ebay

  • +2

I took the punt. It's a couple of hundred cheaper than the usual suspects. 👍

    • +2

I'm strongly considering doing the same. Funnily enough, and completely unrelated, a torch I ordered from them just arrived a few days ago too.

    • The website's business end is claiming my address can't be delivered to. Did you have any issues placing your order?

      • I'm getting the same

        • +2

I'm currently in an email exchange with a support person. They're trying to sort it out. I'll post here if they manage to fix it.

  • What the difference between EU vs. Aus?

    • No difference in terms of functionality, packaging is English language and only thing is that it's an EU plug. but like i said above, i just bought a cheap Figure 8 cable from Jaycar for the charging dock, and works perfectly.

Why pay $899 in Harvey Norman for the same model, like i saw today.

What the difference between EU vs. Aus?

      Warranty… for one thing…

  • For those who bought this, what currency does the card get charged in? Considering this is a non-Australian website and delivered from the EU, was the card charged in Euros?

    • It was $359 USD.

I just received an email from them after ordering this:

We are arranging the refund to your original payment a ccount.
-For PayPal account holders, please allow 3-5 business days for refund to be processed.
If you don' t have PayPal account, please give us up to 7-14 business days. Thank you for your support and patience.

    Best regards
    Customer Service Center

    • Dangit. That's a shame.

Strangely enough, the support agent that's working through on my case didn't say anything. He/She has been trying to input my address on their end.
