Just thought I'd add, The banner now redirects back to the main website. As for limited uptime data, The website has been operational since the 24th of February I only recently moved to Hetrix for uptime monitoring that is why there is limited data available. Thanks for the insight, just trying to do the best I can for my customers.
Looks like the website has only been up since March 7th according to their own stats page:

I also can't see an obvious way to get from the server status page back to the main site? Even clicking the banner up the top stays on the status page.
