  • Does Telstra prepaid include 5G?

  • Would going directly with Telstra have any benefits over sticking with Boost? Better network or is it the same?

If you want Boost, try this

      Boost Mobile $300 SIM
280GB if you activate by 28 March. $218.61 Shipped

With Telstra, you get a Telstra Plus rewards account, and you get eSIM support but I think that's really the only tangible benefit.

According to Whistleout, Boost Mobile is the only Telstra MVNO that has access to the full Telstra 4G network. This means that going with Boost Mobile means you'll get the same service as Telstra proper, minus the 5G.

    • eSim with Telstra only. Wish Boost would hurry tf up and get it too.

Probably wouldn't even receive it before the 28th March…

      Price beat it from Officeworks

      • Would they price beat ebay listings using coupons though?

      • They won't price beat an ebay link.

    • There's a Click and collect option which gives you express post. postage is $6.99 (total $225.60) but mine should be arriving 24 March (Perth metro), vs delivery which had an ETA 1-6 April
Edit: I bought the Boost Sim mentioned above. The Telstra Sim has the same C&C option but for slightly cheaper postage and a day earlier delivery.

  • Does this entitle one to $15 Kayo ? Thanks.

Just be aware it can take a long time to switch over. I'm still waiting and it's 6 days now. I had to get on chat to get extra data to keep me going on my Boost sim.
