    you are better off paying extra $10 and get the SUB as well. Surely that will make big difference to the sound.

          Correct. Good call-out.

          The PLUS bundle is based on the old V2 speakers.

          This deal is for the newer V3.

      Be interesting to hear the difference.

      Sub package is based of Pebble (v1) with sub added.
      Smaller left and rights. Not by much but it is there

      Sub version is only V2 i think and not V3 - so no USB C connection, needs both USB and 3.5mm

      Also not Bluetooth

        fair point ! didnt see plus did not have BT.

        If using for PC then no issue but if comeone wants BT speakers then yes, an issue.

        In saying that, why not get a decent portable BT speaker for this money ? Plenty of choice out there with great sound and even bass.

    I have this and its sounds ok. Volume can get loud.
    The only thing that annoys me is that the pebble does not automatically connect to the PC. You have to press the tiny button to connect each time. Sometimes, I have to turn volume knob to turn it off and on then press the button to connect to the PC

      it depends on the first time which device you connect it to, that will be then become the default.
      eg; connect to pc via USB, peddle default profile will also be via usb.
      Recommend try to reset device - hold bluethood button for 8s etc.

      I feel that it could have a little more bass or sub which is not included in v3. so depends on what you're listening to.
      aesthetics wise its simple and clean - although there is still a cable or two.
      sounds clear for general use.

    Using this speaker currently, it's pretty alright but then again I don't really have high standard to begin with
