Sorry to ruin you blockbuster movie script, but it wouldn't work. All ceramic knives have iron powder added to their formulation, so the assassins won't be able to get them past the metal detectors.
Its not powder, they just put a piece of metal in the handle. There is no guarantee that all chineese manufacturers follow this practice

As these have ceramic blades, will they be confiscated by customs? Or does that only apply to blades over a certain size?

Looks like I'm getting one for the Missus.
Best to consider this 5 bucks for a peeler as the knife blade will easily separate from the handle with little use. It has next to no reinforcement. The peeler isn't that crash hot either as it cuts into more than the skin.
Flabbergasting how much junk manufacturing countries churn out these days and how online retailing is refuge for the shameless.
I had a similar knife (bought from DX for about 8$). It was my favourite knife for a few years until my wife dropped it on the floor. Still using its pieces to clean glass cooktop.
