i wonder if some people's ear shape is just not right for it (assuming you've tried the bigger ear piece), because there's distinctly a group of people who make this same claim .
I'm one of those people, these silicon tips earbud just don't stay in my ear. I mean they stay for few seconds and then fall down.
Only thing that works for me is Bose ear tips (quite comfort/SoundSport). I envy people who can just use any type of earbuds.

It's a shame the call quality aint great and they fall out with any kind of jaw movement. Otherwise the sound quality is really good.
