    Seems very restrictive for new users:

    To qualify for this promotion you must be an adult residing in the Americas, Europe (including Russia), Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore and have a valid Battle.net account with an attached Americas/Oceania, Europe or Russia World of Warcraft region license in good standing on or before March 13, 2012. Prior to accepting the offer, you must have a recurring World of Warcraft subscription active on the associated account. Other restrictions may apply and can be found in the Terms of Use.

      The cost varies dependent on how you pay for the yearly subscription. Regardless, it would be the most expensive way to purchase Diablo 3 (If you want to quit wow within 12 months).

      For a 12 month, paying monthly, you should expect to pay$173.40 to keep your wow account active and to receive Diablo 3.

      Don't want wow for 12 months?? Don't get this deal.
