I’ve been with Belong for over four years. No problems at all. Don’t understand the negative comments.
Ditto. I've sim hopped on and off Belong and no dramas. A few family members who barely use data have been on the $10 plan for a very long time and suits their usage perfectly with access to part telstra network.
That said, these notifications about no longer having a $10 plan is going to push the Belong accounts we have over to Boost 12 month as they are around $150 mark when on sale. $15 pm vs $150 per year Boost. Esp with all the Boost benefits makes it a far harder sell to keep the Belong Mobile sim in the phone.
Apps and Web site always work for you? Is it super easy to leave Belong?
I've had bad Internet speed on a few occasions and not at some remote areas.
The referral program helps, but if Belong is going to get rid of that $10 plan in April for existing customers, then I am going to churn to a different provider.

For every two customers on the $10 plan who churns, Belong has to sign up 1.5 new customers to make up the loss of revenue. We are off to Coles which turns out cheaper over 12 months plus more data and international calls.
Yep it's still on special too. Plus get a dual sim phone and take advantage of cheap sim deals for extra data.
Belong (Telstra) are dumb for doing this.
One of the worst mobile providers. Once you signed up, they become non existent. Amazing it still survived in this age of competition.
Huh, send them a message through "support" on the app and they usually reply within 24hrs.

Tel$tra owns Belong. When Tel$tra sales tried to sell me Belong NBN, I asked about the support…. I do agree that with Tel$tra support, you often get some reps who either have no idea or has virtually no power to fix the issue.
Been on $10 for a couple of years. Will have to look for something else soon.
