    SIM starter packs (regardless of brand) are usually for new customers and not for recharge. As an existing customer, you would have to port out first (eg using a $2 Telstra SIM) and then port back into Lebara. You would be a "new customer" then.

      As an existing customer, I won't port my MAIN # & subscribe to a NEW-service (another mobile #). That should be ok, right ?

      Lebara 35GB $9: TUES 4-Feb-25, my Coles store did not have the 35Gb plan on sales, only the 70Gb plan. Lebara sims on sales seems to be STATE-base.

      Also, today is WED 5-Feb, likely a NEW round of sims goes on sales & hence ROLLING-sales.

        New customer also means new service. You can buy this SIM and get a new number.

        In the Coles app, both SIM cards are discounted for postcode 5000 (Adelaide). The date the sale ends is in the post description and photo.

        Did you scan the SIM card at the checkout? Some Coles may not have displayed the sale tag.

  Just bought a sim from Coles the expiry on the back says it expired in 2023 is this a problem or does it go off the data the sim was activated at the register?

    Sorry, don't know and surprised it could be activated at the register 2 years later. Probably easier to swap to a non-expired SIM if available. Or call Lebara 1300 126 122
