A couple of questions have come up about this so far:

probably 99% concentrate, and 1% isolate, lol.
In my experience, the blends were better for gains but for me personally I go exclusive WPI because lactose makes me bloat for a couple hours and longer term I get bad skin on my back.
For people without lactose issues just get whatever works for you at the price that works for you.
Has anyone used their pre workouts?
yes, there all pretty much the same.start off little, see how you feel. then increase a little bit more when you don't feel it working. i start with 1/4 of a scoop, and go up 1/4 a scoop every week or 2. i cycle off for a month then use a different brand. i just finished my c4 last month, so i will pick up some of this stuff and use it.
Im a fan. Not an insane kick but it gets you focussed and that's the most important part. Honestly, these 50% musashi deals are just insane value. The protein powder is delicious as well, only down side being limited flavour options. Get on it!

Works well if you're buying their protein bars. I normally stock up on 20-30 bars. 50% off plus an additional 10% off.

Which flavours are best?
Peanut Butter, Peanut Crunch, and Caramel Cookie Crunch are by far my favourites. (Caramel cookie crunch is like a snickers bar)
Dark choc salted caramel is decent as well.
I haven't tried Rocky Road or Jam Donut as they're not my type of flavour.
I have tried the rest, and they are all way too dry imo. Typical of most protein bars, just very dry.
The wafer ones are a bit meh texture wise.
The crisp bars are new (since I bought a stack of bars at the end of 2020), so I'll give some of them a go this time too
Worth noting this whey is only 67.1 grams protein per 100 grams.
MyProtein Impact whey runs at 85g protein per 100g
My protein have the 5kg bags going for $112 a bag on selected flavours.
That’s $22.40 a kg of 85% protein vs $22 a kg of this stuff at only 67.1% protein
Prob carbs and / fat the remainder in this.
Still a very cheap deal but worth noting.

The Choc is 74%, Vanilla 76% and the Jam Donut is 60.8g /100g so about 61% not sure where you got 67 from tbh

Im not suggesting your argument is wrong, you aren't actually comparing to anything mentioned in this deal so its wrong to say:
"this whey" without referencing which one you are talking about…coz it aint mentioned here at all on this page….
And they arent "my examples" they are in this deal, not your random reference, but actually on this page
@nismo: Yeah fair call, I didn’t notice that this deal was specifically referenced three examples and not all the half price products offered by this brand by the vendor.
My point is there is cheaper, higher concentration protein available, hopefully it helped to inform someone’s decision.

I agree that it's delicious, but it's hardly surprising @ 15% Sugar, yes that is correct.
You do get a much lower protein contect on this one, but it is nice…

How's the Bulk Extreme compared to other mass gainers? Looking to put on some weight. Been looking at VPA, bulk nutrients, Blackbelt INC Sport.
It's cheaper and healthier to buy regular WPC, and mixing healthy calories to it in a blender; peanut butter, oats, fruits and berries etc

i got the Musashi Electrolyte mix for $12.49 for 30 servings. roughly about $0.42 a serving.
gatorade and powerade is about $2.65 a serving x 30 serving = $79.50
i drink this when i do cardio and sports like basketball, cycling, tennis, running, badminton, swimming, golf, etc…
I drink the BCAA while i am lifting weights
