Good price for the 4TB NAS drive WD40EFZX (CMR Drive).
I bought 2 from Shopping Express back in Nov for $119 each. Haven't seen them drop this low since. Usually sold around the $140 mark.

      I don't believe so. I'm not aware of mix and match issues with brands.

      No, and is actually recommended.

      So long as they're the same tech (sata vs sas, cmr vs smr, etc) then you're less likely to have 2 drives fail at once, when they're made by different brands, and ergo different bearings, motors, etc.

    You'd only have an issue with mix and match if the drive speed and size are different and using RAID configuration.
