Been posted a few times. Low quality. Pins don't hold the plugs in properly on the one I bought. Lots of arcing. Replaced with a Belkin.
I bought 2 about 3 years ago I got one socket that has this problem doesn't Holt well but for 18 bucks before was a good deal.
The only thing that is good about these power boards is their exceptionally high joule rating: 2750J max (for the cost of these boards).
I am not sure if this figure is to be believed, or has been tested to be correct.Otherwise, @Dvbargain is right!
Low quality.
Specs are here: https://www.cyberpower.com/au/en/product/sku/CPSURGE08USB-AN…
FWIW I've bought a number of these (https://www.costco.com.au/c/Huntkey-Powerboard-with-6-Socket…) from Costco. Show as $49.98 on the website, but are cheaper at the physical shop (bought another two pack today for $39.99). Only 6 power sockets, but seem to be well made. Only minor issue is the two USB ports don't crank out much power, but they are good enough to charge/power most things. The ones I got today seem to be a slightly different design than ones I've got in the past (a little more rounded edges) but I assume they will be similar and at $20 per board I think a fairly decent deal.
Does it come in white ?
