Daniel Craig's five film run as 007 comes to 4K in this comprehensive 10-disc box set, featuring five James Bond adventures.
Release Date: 01 March 2022

Casino Royale (2006)

After receiving a license to kill, British Secret Service agent James Bond (Daniel Craig) heads to Madagascar, where he uncovers a link to Le Chiffre (Mads Mikkelsen), a man who finances terrorist organizations. Learning that Le Chiffre plans to raise money in a high-stakes poker game, MI6 sends Bond to play against him, gambling that their newest "00" operative will topple the man's organization.

Quantum of Solace (2008)

Following the death of Vesper Lynd, James Bond (Daniel Craig) makes his next mission personal. The hunt for those who blackmailed his lover leads him to ruthless businessman Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric), a key player in the organization which coerced Vesper. Bond learns that Greene is plotting to gain total control of a vital natural resource, and he must navigate a minefield of danger and treachery to foil the plan.

Skyfall (2012)

Daniel Craig is back as James Bond 007 in Skyfall, the 23rd installment of the longest-running film franchise in history. In Skyfall, Bond's loyalty to M (Judi Dench) is tested as her past returns to haunt her. 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost. When Bond's latest assignment goes gravely wrong and agents around the world are exposed, MI6 is attacked f-rcing M to relocate the agency. These events cause her authority and position to be challenged by Mallory (Ralph Fiennes), the new Chairman of the Intelligence and Security Committee. With MI6 now compromised from both inside and out, M is left with one ally she can trust: Bond. 007 takes to the shadows - aided only by field agent Eve (Naomie Harris) - following a trail to the mysterious Silva (Javier Bardem), whose lethal and hidden motives have yet to reveal themselves.

Spectre (2015)

A cryptic message from the past leads James Bond (Daniel Craig) to Mexico City and Rome, where he meets the beautiful widow (Monica Bellucci) of an infamous criminal. After infiltrating a secret meeting, 007 uncovers the existence of the sinister organization SPECTRE. Needing the help of the daughter of an old nemesis, he embarks on a mission to find her. As Bond ventures toward the heart of SPECTRE, he discovers a chilling connection between himself and the enemy (Christoph Waltz) he seeks.

No Time to Die (2021)

James Bond is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica after leaving active service. However, his peace is short-lived as his old CIA friend, Felix Leiter, shows up and asks for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond on the trail of a mysterious villain who's armed with a dangerous new technology.

          That's not 007, that's a tsunami disaster movie.

        Clive gets my vote !
They can start a comedy series of James Bond.

      • Agreed !

Would’ve loved to see Idris Elba, but rumours say Tom Hardy. I would prefer it to be Henry Cavill though

I assume these rumours or more akin to speculation by commentators who take a stab at who feels like a good Bond from already established (primarily British) actors.

All those names - Elba, Hardy, Cavill - have successfully broken out and established themselves from other roles. Bond is something of a poison chalice - picked up by relatively minor actors, have guaranteed exposure and rocket forward their careers, but then struggle with the association and find it difficult cementing meaningful drama roles because producers are naturally hesitant to have Bond play their more nuanced character.

I think Craig is a good example. I sympathise with him during those moody interviews in which he was obviously trying to break free from the effects of Bond on his career, but had to oblige at least for contractual reasons. It's one of the reasons I was glad to see him do so well with Knives out (besides it just being a great movie).

I think Sean Connery may have been the only Bond to move forward into meaningful roles, though they were typically action-based (which were popular in the 80s, 90s). But being the OG Bond is a lot different to trying to take on the modern-day mantle.

My guess is the next Bond will be an actor most don't know. Female or black, I don't care.

Craig said he'd rather slash his wrists than do another bond movie until they threw money at him for it. I've got no sympathy at all, frankly.

I don't think there's ever been a Bond who was unknown - Moore, Dalton, Brosnan, Craig (as the most recent four) all had runs on the board from various properties - Bond for things like Layer Cake and Tomb Raider.

I would suggest we will have seen the next Bond already, but I do agree it's unlikely to be someone with the profile of Idris Elba or Tom Hardy. Mind you, if you can make $50m for your fourth or fifth run, that might change minds.

    • Dylan Alcott. Aussie of the year.

        Diverse

        • Me reckon either Henry Golding or Andrew Koji would slay it as 007 easily.

  • $8.50 a movie is a great deal.

    • +3

Except for they might not have them in stock and may cancel your order a few weeks later. See other OZB member’s experiences with Zavvi before taking your chance to place an order with them.

      • This is why I haven't ordered it yet or posted it as a deal on ozbargain. Had actually seen this on Zavvi since a few weeks back.

Also if any of the discs don't work they don't care and won't help. Bought once upon a time box set from them, and once upon a time it was the last disc I'll buy from them.

      • Maybe I'm lucky, but I've bought through them before and the discs have been fine. Buy with Paypal. If you need a refund they will sort it out.

  • yeah most likely price error but great bargain if they do honor it

I enjoy watching the Critical Drinker videos too :D

Far more entertaining than the shit movies being made.

Casino Royale was 16 years ago..

    • And Dr. No was almost 60 years ago…

  • These are a great deal if legit as I've never seen 4K Blurays of Daniel Craig Bond movies go for less than $15 let alone under $10 per film. It always seems to be the Disney crap and the OK X-Men films that go dirt cheap

  • Probably worth mentioning it doesn't even release until March 1.

  • Great price, but with $7.99 delivery think I'll wait and keep an eye on Amazon (no price match yet)

  • Don’t forget to click through Cashrewards or ShopBack…didn’t realise they were on there when I put in my last order.

  • Man, imagine selling all the worst Bond movies by themselves in a set. Extraordinary.

    • There's a Pierce Brosnan set with everything except Goldeneye?!

  • I wouldn't have brought attention to this as if they get too many orders they are less likely to honor this price mistake. Amazon US has it selling for AUD131.95 so clearly a price error.

  • Anyone had their order cancelled or confirmed for delivery yet?

    Site says sold out now.

    • Also would like to know whether Zavvi ended up honouring the deal or not? Price is gone back up to $120 so seems like it was a pricing error

      • Maybe no one took the risk knowing Zavvi's track record. I almost bought it but didn't want to end up disappointed/ refunded.

    • +1

Mine just arrived today, all as expected. What a deal. Saw they've relisted it too at $123 so definitely a price error

  • +1

I ordered. Just got charged but not shipped yet. Back in stock now at the same price.

    • Took the plunge like you mrpickle….glad I checked back at your new comment.
Maybe it's the genuine price then as it's says it's in stock now, so fingers crossed they send them out for us.

      • +1

I received a confirmation email today that my order has been shipped.

        • That's great……just hope the reason they're so cheap isn't because they're the "dubbed into Portuguese" versions.

  • +1

My order just got shipped! Hopefully it's the 5 film boxset in 4K!

    • Ditto…tracking says it's coming from Kentucky, USA and noticed on Zavvi it says they are Region A, so looks like the Blu-rays won't play here but the 4K will.

      • Based on the single releases of the US Blu-ray discs it's probably only Quantum of Solace that will be region locked for the blu-ray disc. All others should be fine.

  • This should be getting an Australian release around May or early June in both 4K and blu-ray.

I received mine today. What a bargain. The only Bond film I’ve seen is Die Another Day. I’m looking forward to checking out the rest of the films.
