    Note this model doesn't have a replaceable battery, so straight in the bin once battery runs out.

        AirTags are pretty great once you get over the price.

        I suppose you could get the $150 4-pack with 5% off minimum to make it $35 a piece, just tenner more than this outdated one. Not too bad.

            @Jklaro: Same unit itself fits fine in the pocket behind the cards. Or you can get a card to hold it in place. Or wallets with specific AirTag holders.

        I use airtags & tiles.

        Both aren't perfect but combined are great.

        Tiles are LOUD compared to airtags, and can also be used as a phone finder by pressing the button on the tile, which airtags can't do.

        Airtags can give you direction, but are fussy with connection (sometimes they won't connect even in the same room) and are difficult to hear in anything other than a quiet room. Also have no way to attach it to anything without an accessory.

        YMMV, but this is what I need to do for my needs.

          Keep in mind that airtags will work using other peoples phones too, even outside of your house.

    AirTags are better.

      AirTags are more expensive and work only with the Apple ecosystem.
