  • is 180mg the lower one?
i usually get the higher one, 30 for $20 no brand.

seems very good price if it's the higher activate ingredient?

    • Fexo 180 is what my doctor told me to use when I was having some harsh hayfever. I can't be sure, but I suspect 180 is the higher one.

I am a pharmacy student, fexo 180 is the same as telfast 180 (active ingredient = fexofenidine and 180mg is the highest) but these tablets are huge (like fish oil capsules), I'd recommend claratyne which is a similar anti-histamine and much smaller.

        • They're not that huge… nothing like fishoil… I take these daily. They are the highest strength Telfast.

And $31.99 isn't that good a price, I normally pay under $35 at any average chemist.

Are you recommending the Claratyne because it's smaller and easier to swallow or because it has better, more effective content than the Telfast?

          for 70 tablets? where?

        • I greatly disagree here on recommendation here, in my opinion this is very poor advice (& I'm a final year med student). I have severe hay fever that turns my body purple depending on the pollen involved, claratyne is nothing compared to fexofenidine. Claratyne offers little benefits for severe hay fever in my opinion. 180mg Telfast/Fexo is the only thing that keeps it under control. Those with severe hay fever will likely already know about this stuff, for those that haven't used it before, to give an idea of effectiveness, this stuff is prescription only in the UK.

Next step from 180mg is prescription drug in Oz.
