    I used that exact argument with them. It eventually got through after putting me on hold to check with their supervisor (who they initially said wasn't available for me to speak to)

  I purchased last time and they sent me a google hub nest 2nd Gen. Had to get to PayPal dispute for them to actually sort out a refund for me.
