        Unless it's changed since I last used it, with Amaysim you can add data and it'll be $10 more for the extra GB. It wasn't an automatic charge.

        from my understanding…every month they gave you 2GB, so if you exceeded 2GB and still continue using it, they will start charging excess data from your credit card (provided when you sign up), hence the $10 per GB

        if somehow your credit card is not working/they can't charge you, then obviously they don't provide any extra data to you…and your data stopped at 2GB

    I didn't activate by 21 Feb 2022 due to some personal reasons and tried to activate on 5 Mar 2022 but I couldn't.
    Tried to contact Amaysim customer care and they said they couldn't help and asked me to contact Groupon customer care.
    I contacted Groupon support team and they said they can't help.

    Is there any way out?

          Contacted Amaysim and they said I need to contact Groupon for refund.
          Contacted Groupon and the guy gave me same amount of Groupon credits to be used in next 12 months.
