I'd rate Paper Beast, Sprint Vector and Raw Data for $2.60 each. Also think that Zero Caliber is worth a go for the money major complaint is that it's been abandoned for the Quest version.
If you want a good quality FPS for PC VR, I'd recommend Hotdogs, Horseshoes and Hand Grenades. AKA H3VR.
Don't let the "Early Access Game" turn you off it, the developer (Anton Hand) is extremely active and has been adding features to the game since it's initial release in 2016. You can expect a feature update roughly once every two weeks, and every update comes with it's own devlog. Few game developers would bother shooting and editing a video just to talk about tiny updates (and there's already 102 of them)
The game is also never on sale (and likely, never will be), so you'll have to pay full price. But it's likely you'll put way more hours into this game and experimenting with everything (including all the user-created mods) than any other VR game on Steam. I have 600 hours recorded in this game but only 15 hours in HL:Alyx.
