  Ordered a few things to pick up from the Double Bay store as my office is across the road. 3 or 4 things they don't stock :(

  If I could neg this deal I would.
  Ordered about $50 of product, chose click and collect at the Double Bay location, as it's across from my office. Didn't give me a payment page, said to pay at the DB location. Went there just now, got charged full price. Lovely lady said the website is separate business from the franchisee locations.
  Real scum move, allowing to order, click and collect without telling the consumer that the discounts won't apply.

    However, if you read the description of this offer, its says

    We should made it clear that click and collect is not applicable
